We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join the team of a leading multinational company based in Portugal in the industrial sector.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will support the Belgian Customer Service team by ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, accurate administration and high-quality communication.

You will be part of a growing European structure and contribute to the future development of a fully integrated Customer Service EU team.

Key responsibilities
- Handle sales order registration and follow-up in SAP;
- Maintain and update customer master data;
- Support administrative tasks related to customs, logistics and customer data;
- Ensure effective communication within the Customer Service process (email/SAP);
- Coordinate internally and externally to support accurate and timely order processing;
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for your assigned area;
- Act as a support point for Customer Service colleagues and share relevant information;
- Help ensure continuity and backup support within the team during absences;
- Stay flexible and support additional tasks as needed in the interest of the team.

Profile
- Bachelors degree or equivalent through experience;
- Solid knowledge of Portuguese, English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus);
- Experience in customer service or commercial administrative role is an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a strong asset;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes;
- Team player with proactive and supportive mindset;
- Commercial awareness and service-minded attitude;
- High level of integrity and excellent communication skills.
